REFUND | EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund or Exchange Policy
Customers purchase the products is restricted to apply for refund or exchange within seven days.
Return or exchange of products redeemed at HAIR CORNER Logistics Centre or through delivery arranged by HAIR CORNER is possible only for products not covered by manufacturers’ warranties. 
1 Retund or exchange of products will take place at the HAIR CORNER Office (8F, VIP Commercial Centre, 116-120 Canton Road, Tsui Sha Tsui, Kln, HK), on date and time arranged with HAIR CORNER Customer Support Team. Return or exchange of products redeemed at Merchants’ redemption locations is possible only at those locations.


 2 HAIR CORNER reserves the right to refuse retund or exchange, if the product:
- is not expired. if expired, merchants may refuse to take back (including, but not limited to, hair products, beauty tools, cosmetics, skincare and food products)
- is opened
- is used
3    HAIR CORNER reserves the right to refuse return or exchange accodring to HAIR CORNER Refund Policy to conduct the refundment or exchange the product based on its model, style, price etc.
ALL Promotional items are not entitled for refund or exchange.


4    To apply for exchange ofproduct or exchange, please send an email to cs@hair-corner.com  for prior appointment with stating :
-    the reference number/code of the receipt 
-    the reason why you apply for the refund or exchange
-    the package is existing or not
-    the avaible reserved time of refund or exchange
-    HAIR CORNER reserve rights to change admin fees


5   Hair Corner will not refund cash of the products is delivered to buyer (except nature malfunction)
6   Cash refund will only apply to products damage / malfunction / defects
